Join local yoga instructor Selena Natale of the GreenHouse Children's Yoga for a Baby & Me Yoga class. This class is designed for caregivers and babies 3 months and older who have NOT begun walking. This class offers a gentle, nurturing experience for babies and their caregivers. Each session begins with baby yoga, featuring soft movements for little ones alongside mindful stretching and breathwork for caregivers. We’ll sing songs, play with engaging props, and explore gentle movement together. After yoga, enjoy open playtime — a chance for babies to explore and for caregivers to connect in a relaxed, supportive space.

Yoga mats will be provided.

To help ensure a calm and connected experience, space is limited and registration is required. Please only register the adult who will be attending; baby is included in your registration.

Attendance Policy

Please note, when someone does not show up for a program they are registered for, they are taking away an opportunity for another member of the community. Patrons who are registered for an event they cannot attend are asked to cancel their registration at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for programs two (2) times without notice will be grounds for being waitlisted for 90 days. Patrons who arrive 10 minutes or more after the program start time will be considered no-shows. They may be denied access after that time, and their spot may be given away to people on the waiting list.
